I. Hydraulic Servo Pump Motor

The hydraulic part of the quantitative pump system adopts the asynchronous motor refueling pump system. The motor drives the oil pump to absorb oil from the tank and output it under pressure. The pressure, flow rate and direction of the oil are controlled by various control valves to ensure that the working mechanism moves in the direction required by a certain force (or torque) and a certain speed. In this way, all the actions of injection moulding can be realized. The traditional quantitative pump injection machine usually needs to change the load flow and pressure, the speed of the quantitative pump is not adjustable, and the excess oil is discharged into the tank through the relief valve. A large amount of energy is lost on the valve in the form of pressure difference. The servo control system of injection moulding machine is composed of servo motor instead of asynchronous motor, gear pump (screw pump, plunger pump) instead of vane pump and servo driver. The servo control system of injection moulding machine replaces the traditional PQ valve control and adopts closed-loop control to the pressure and flow needed in production.

According to the pressure and flow signals of the injection moulding machine's computer board, the signal is converted to a given signal acceptable to the servo driver through a special conversion card. The pressure of the oil pressure system of the injection moulding machine is established by controlling the speed of the motor with the given flow signals of the injection moulding machine. The speed is closed-loop controlled by the encoder, and then the feedback signal and pressure of the pressure sensor are used. By comparing the given signals and feeding back to the controller, the PID of the controller can quickly adjust the response, so that the pressure can be stabilized at the given value and the stability of the system pressure can be guaranteed, thus the closed-loop control of the output pressure of the injection molding machine can be carried out. The servo hydraulic drive system can automatically adjust the speed and fuel supply of the oil pump according to the current working state of the injection moulding machine, such as the stages of clamping, spraying, melting, opening and ejecting, as well as the setting requirements of pressure and flow, so that the actual oil supply of the oil pump can be consistent with the actual load flow of the injection moulding machine at any working stage, so that the energy consumption of the motor in the whole changing load range can be reached. To a lesser extent, the overflow phenomenon is completely eliminated and the smooth and accurate operation of the motor is ensured.


Working Characteristics of Hydraulic Servo Pump Motor

In the start-up stage, the load of the servo pump system is very light. In order to improve the efficiency, it is necessary to push the mould to the injection position very efficiently and complete the injection quickly. However, in order to improve the forming quality in the holding stage, the inertia of the motor is needed to improve the anti-disturbance of the system.
